Elder sister Aoife helped Leinster record a 38-10 victory with sister Sonia coming on as a second-half replacement for Connacht.
Two other Sligo natives, Nicole Fowley and Gráinne O’Loughlin also featured for Connacht.
Fowley set up Connacht’s only try of the game with a cross-field kick in the 67th minute of the game which saw Orla Dixon touched down.
Fowley then slotted over the conversion from a difficult angle.
Despite that score, Leinster were deserving winners on the day, scoring six tries, with Aoife McDermott playing a prominent role in Leinster’s dominance in the scrum.
