There are calls for urgent clarity as to what stage the rollout of broadband is at in County Leitrim.
There’s concern that some local roads were dug up to install high speed broadband but nearby towns and villages are not availing of the service.
Fianna Fail Cllr Mary Bohan says at a time when more people are considering the remote working option, it’s imperative that rural parts of Leitrim are equipped with adequate broadband.
