An extreme shortage of rental homes in the North West has resulted in a record increase in rents.
Those are the findings of the latest Daft.ie report which has revealed that Leitrim has seen the biggest increase in rent prices over the last year at 22.3%.
In County Sligo, rents are on average 18.3% higher than in 2021 while in Donegal, the figure is 19%.
