Casserly insists opening book of condolence for Vicky Phelan is justified



The Leas-Cathaoirleach of Sligo County Council has rejected some criticism of the opening of a book of condolence for the late Vicky Phelan, with claims that the cervical cancer campaigner did not want any political tributes when she died. Cllr Marie Casserly insists it was not a political move and people wanted a chance to express their sympathies
