A yellow wind warning has been put in place for County Donegal.
High winds are expected across the region today, with the warning active until 8pm this evening. Gusts are estimated to hit speeds of between 90 to 110 kilometres per hour.
Other areas affected by the yellow wind warning include Galway and Mayo.
Today’s warning for Donegal adds to a previous yellow rain warning that was put in place last week, and that one is set to end tomorrow evening.
