Fit, healthy and a non-smoker – Lung cancer patient Deirdre raises awareness of condition

Deirdre Staunton, a nurse at Sligo University Hospital, was shocked when she was told she had lung cancer in March, 2021. She never smoked, and had led a very active life, including running. She says more awareness is needed about lung cancer like other forms of cancer
