Carrick Hurling win Leitrim minor title

Carrick Hurling were crowned Leitrim minor hurling champions on Saturday afternoon following a 0-14 to 1-8 win over Cluanín Iomáint in Boggaun.

The final was switched to the north Leitrim venue at the last minute on Saturday because of the wet pitch conditions in Carrick-on-Shannon.

The senior hurling final between the same two clubs is scheduled to take place in Carrick-on-Shannon on Sunday at 1pm.
