St Nathy’s go into Sunday’s encounter after recently completing a five-in-a-row of Connacht Gold SFC titles in Sligo.
Glencar/Manorhamilton, who reached the Connacht final 12 months ago, won their third consecutive Leitrim Gotham Dry Wall senior title.
The teams met in last year’s Connacht Club Championship with Glencar/Manor winning by 3-6 to 1-8.
Rian Bailey and Leitrim captain Clare Owens will be on commentary duty for Ocean FM – and the game will also be streamed live by Connacht LGFA.
