There are calls for improvements to bus shelter infrastructure in south Sligo.
There’s said to be concern in a number of rural towns and villages in the area that bus shelters are either inadequate or non-existent.
Fianna Fail Cllr Paul Taylor believes that such facilities are needed now more than ever with more emphasis being put on public transport and with the expected success of the ATU merger.
