An American WW2 bomber plane crashed on Truskmore Mountain alongside Ben Bulben in December 1943, with three airmen killed. The granddaughter of the pilot of the plane, Amy Kehr Mauzy, is keen to hear from anyone who may have memories of the incident and is to visit Ireland next year
