There are calls for a review into HAP discretionary payments granted in Donegal.
HAP’s a form of social housing support provided by all local authorities to help people pay rent.
Independent TD for Donegal Deputy Thomas Pringle, has questioned the low level of payments granted in Donegal, which he says falls far below the national average.
