The first Sligo Race meeting of 2022 takes place on Sunday when Cleveragh hosts a a seven-race flat card.
The going changed overnight because of rain this weekend, from good to yielding to soft.
The first race is due off at 1:40pm – with the feature race at 4.35pm, the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Fillies Handicap.
A big crowd is expected with the race theme being ‘Peaky Blinders’ with prizes on offer for the best dressed female and male.
Gates open on Sunday at 12 noon.
Punters are being encouraged to buy their race tickets online in advance at countysligoraces.com.
This is the first of nine race meetings at County Sligo Races this year.
