A Sligo Leitrim TD believes a lot of work needs to be done to create more diversity within the judicial system.
Deputy Martin Kenny made the comments during a debate on the Judicial Appointment Commission 2020 in the Dail.
Deputy Kenny who is also Sinn Feins Justice Spokesperson says there’s a lot of people from various backgrounds across the country and says there should more of an emphasis on giving them opportunities in the legal system.
