The funerals of the two men murdered in Sligo in the past week are taking place today.
The funeral mass of 41 year old Aidan Moffitt, of Cartron Heights, Sligo and Lisacul, Co Roscommon, gets underway at 12 noon. It will be held at Christ the King Church, Lisacul, following removal from The Sharkey Funeral Home in Ballaghadereen.
The funeral mass for 58 year old Michael Snee, of City View, Connaughton Road, Sligo, also takes place at 12 noon.
It will be held at St. Joseph’s Church in Ballytivnan, after removal from his family home at Cartron Point this morning.
