67 people waiting on hospital beds in north west



There are 67 people waiting on hospital beds at the North West’s two main hospitals this morning.

 

The latest INMO Trolley watch figures are reporting 37 people waiting at Letterkenny university Hospital and 30 at Sligo University Hospital.

 

Only University Limerick and Cork University are reporting a higher number of people waiting on trollies.

 

The figures are included in a national figure of 484 nationwide.

 

18 patients are currently waiting on a bed at Sligo University Hospital with 12 elsewhere in the hospital.  There are 10 people waiting in the emergency department in Letterkenny and 27 elsewhere in the hospital.
