Fianna Fáil Councillor, Paul Taylor said that over the past number of weeks he has been approached by a number of constituents who are frustrated with delays in getting their passport application processed. Those who want to avail of the emergency passport service have to book an appointment and travel to Dublin or Cork to the passport office.
