A Donegal Councillor says changes to the Tenant Purchase Scheme means pensioners in the north west living in council homes are now able to buy their home.

Councillor, Micheál Naughton says the changes to the legislation are hoped to be implemented by the end of February.
Speaking to OceanFM News, he says the ceiling is being lowered to allow people in receipt of the state pension to buy their home.
