Gardaí in Sligo are appealing for witnesses in relation to an aggravated burglary that occurred at a home in the Tourlestrane area of Co. Sligo on Friday.
Between 7.20pm and 7.45pm, three masked men entered the property and number of items were taken including jewellery, a handbag with cash and a mobile phone.
Garda checkpoints and patrols were established in surrounding areas upon being alerted but no arrests have been made at this time with investigations ongoing.
Gardaí are appealing to anyone who was in the Eskragh or Tourlestrane area of Sligo between 7.15pm and 8pm on Friday to contact them especially those with dash cam footage.
Separately, Gardaí have arrested one person who is to appear in court in relation to stolen property over the last number of days.
Another person is under investigation.
