Kenny describes protests at politicians homes as ‘completely inappropriate’

A Sinn Fein TD says people protesting outside of politicians home is ‘completely inappropriate’.


Sinn Fein Deputy, Martin Kenny is making the comments following Gardaí having to be called to the home of Tanasite, Leo Varadkar recently due to a group of protestors.


In one video posted online, homophobic language can be heard being used.


There has been widespread condemnation of the event across the political spectrum.


Deputy Kenny says he will defend people’s right to protest and will also defend a person’s right to privacy in their own home.
