Pedestrian safety works begin in Ballintogher today



Pedestrian safety works have begun in Ballintogher today.

It involves the building of a new footpath and public lighting on the Dromahair road costing in the region of around €50,000.

Local Sinn Feinn Councillor, Thomas Healy says this is the culmination of a three year campaign for the development.

He says the works will create a much safer area for people.
