It’s been revealed that there was at least one instance of UK beef being labelled as of Irish origin.

The IFA Vice Chair of the National Sheep Committee, Kevin Comiskey says even just once instance is not acceptable.

Following a Freedom of Information request, Cavan/Monaghan TD, Matt Carthy is calling on the Minister for Agriculture and Donegal TD, Charlie McConalogue to release all information related to the mislabeling incident.

Speaking to OceanFM News, Kevin Comiskey says he’s ‘extremely disappointed’ with the revelation.
