Neil Fox is a road safety advocate highlighting the ‘Give Time, Give Space’ initiative, which is an appeal for motorists to slow down and give cyclists room on the roads.
Neil has first-hand experience of the dangers faced by cyclists on the roads, his sister Donna was killed 5 years ago while cycling to work.
He joined North West Today to tell his story and highlight the importance of the ‘Give Time, Give Space’ campaign.
