The September meeting of Leitrim County Council will hear calls for the local Authority to establish the situation concerning LIS schemes in the County.
Councillors are due to meet on Monday next.
The waiting list for LIS schemes has grown significantly in recent years.
Manorhamilton Municipal District Councillor Frank Dolan wants Council officials to update the Councillors on how many schemes will be completed by the end of the year and how many applicants will continue to remain on the list into 2022.
Speaking to Ocean FM news the Fine Gael Councillor says that funding is urgently needed to progress these schemes.
