32 people were waiting on beds in the north west’s two main hospitals this morning, according to the INMO Trolley Watch Figures.
There were 20 people waiting on a bed in Sligo University Hospital. 15 of whom were in the emergency department.
There were 12 people waiting on a bed in Letterkenny University Hospital with 3 in the emergency Department.
The hospital with the highest number of patients waiting on beds in the Country was University College Hospital Galway, where there were 34 people waiting on a bed.
The figure for the entire country was 286 people.
