The grandmother of a 9 year old child with severe autism has appealed to Sligo County Council to provide local authority housing for her family so she has the basic facilities she needs and deserves. The sons of Kathleen McGinley and their families, members of the travelling community, have lived in caravans at the back of her house in Collooney for up to 10 years
