latest Trolley watch figures released by the INMO



The number of patients waiting on hospital beds in the North West this morning stands at 40.

 

Letterkenny University is the joint third most overcrowded hospital in the country this morning.

 

There are 22 people are waiting on a bed at the hospital according to the latest figures from the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation,

5 patients are awaiting admission in the Emergency Department while a further 17 are on wards elsewhere in the Hospital.

 

At Sligo University Hospital there are 20 patients waiting on a bed.  12 of those patients are in the emergency department.

 

Across the Country there are 280 people waiting on hospital beds
