A Sligo Leitrim TD has expressed concern today that legislation in relation to indoor dining is being rushed through the Dáil without proper debate or consultation.
The new laws will be raised by politicians today with a large portion of the Opposition against it.
Sinn Fein TD Martin Kenny says rushed legislation normally leads to problems.
Deputy Kenny says that vital detail need to be debated such punishments for those that fail to follow the new rules when it comes to indoor dining.
