This year’s Connacht senior football final on July 25th will be played at Croke Park.
Connacht GAA confirmed the decision on Tuesday evening.
The original venue for the Galway-Mayo decider, Elvery’s McHale Park, can only hold 3,600 spectators under current Covid restrictions.
Taking the game to GAA headquarters enables a crowd of 18,000 to attend the provincial final.
