Sligo welterweight boxer Dean Clancy is guaranteed at least a bronze medal at the European U22 Championships in Italy – following his 3-2 split decision victory over Lounes Hanraoui (France) on Monday.
Clancy, who trains at the Sean McDermott gym in Manorhamilton, spoke to Ocean FM Sport’s Austin O’Callaghan from Roseto in Italy shortly after the win:
