The Drumcliffe Rosses Point clubman brings a 13-year stint with the senior squad to a close.

He had been hampered in injury in recent seasons and has decided to step away at the age of 33.

He also captained the county team in 2017.

He captained his club team to a first ever Sligo senior club championship final appearance in 2020- and will continue to play club football with Drumcliffe Rosses Point.
