A Donegal TD has strongly criticised the government over its failure to adequately consider the importance of the National Marine Planning Framework.
The Government recently allocated only 55 minutes of Dáil time for an issue that has huge ramifications for the North West region.
Donegal Independent Donegal TD Thomas Pringle has raised concerns over the issue not being properly being debated in the Dáil.
Deputy Pringle has also expressed disappointment that the Bill is being pushed through without the Joint Oireachtas Committee on Housing, Heritage and Local Government not yet having concluded it’s consideration of the framework.
