Former Donegal Sergeant disagrees with Parental fines



Introducing parental fines for children who engage in anti- social behaviour may be an overreaction, according to a former Donegal Garda sergeant.

 

Limerick councillor Liam Galvin has petitioned the Justice Minister to introduce new legislation that would see parents handed 50 euro fines for their child’s misbehaviour.
