Feighan urges HSE to communicate with GP’s

A minister for state at the Department of Health says he can see why GP’s are frustrated with the HSE when it comes to the provision of Covid-19 vaccinations.

Yesterday Drumshanbo based GP Alan Loftus was strongly critical of the HSE over their failure to communicate with GP’s in relation to the availability of vaccinations and accused them of taking General Practitioners for granted.

Minister for state and Sligo Leitrim TD Frank Feighan says he understands the frustration expressed by Dr Loftus and added that communication between the HSE and GP’s is vital in order for a smooth rollout of vaccinations.
