Increase numbers allowed at funerals and open up churches, says Bishop of Elphin



The six Western Catholic Bishops have called for a change of Government policy on the numbers of mourners allowed to attend funerals during Covid, and for a re-opening of Churches to members of the public when lockdown restrictions ease.
