Works needed at Rosses Point before summer season

A Sligo councillor says a number of issues need to be addressed at the Sligo seaside village of Rosses Point ahead of the summer season.

Fine Gael Councillor Thomas Walsh says there is a need for speed control measures, upgrading of public toilets and provision of safe parking for camper vans, among other issues.

Speaking to OceanFM News, Councillor Walsh says while it was welcome to see an influx of domestic tourists last year, adequate facilities are needed in the area.
