Running for our Lives is a four part documentary that opens up the world of running in the North West for newcomers and serious athletes alike. With over one million people running in Ireland this series offers something for everyone.
We explore different running options in and around Sligo and the North West. Shane Hayes of the Sligo Sports and Recreation Partnership has some advice for runners of all levels. We get an expert view on the health benefits of running and Leitrim’s Brian Kerrigan gives us an view into his weekly training routine as he looks to lose a few pounds.
