It’s been claimed that the recently installed pedestrian crossing opposite the Community Park in Ballygawley in County Sligo is putting motorists and pedestrians at risk.
The concerns have been raised by local Sinn Féin Councillor Thomas Healy who says neither the two new public lights nor the crossing’s own two lights are fully functional.
He added there have also been problems with temporary warning lights on the crossing,
