John James (Seamus) Deignan, Falmouth, England. Son of the late James and Agnes Deignan, The Mall, Sligo. Funeral will take place on Wednesday in Falmouth. Paul McGinley, College Green, Maynooth, Co. Kildare and formerly of Faugher, Glencolmcille, Co. Donegal. Remains will arrive at St. Columba’s Church, Cashel, Glencolmcille this evening at 7pm. Funeral Mass on Saturday at 1pm with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Due to current restrictions, the removal and Funeral Mass are strictly private.

Mattie Cullen, London and formerly of Glenague, Glencar, Co. Leitrim. Removal to St. Osnat’s Church, Glencar on Saturday to arrive for Funeral Mass at 12noon. Burial afterwards in Diffreen cemetery. Seamus Montgomery, formerly of Drumbigh, Mountcharles, Co. Donegal. Peacefully, in Glasgow. Removal on Saturday afternoon from the family home in Drumbigh to the Church of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Frosses for 1pm Funeral Mass with interment in the adjoining cemetery afterwards. Due to current restriction, the wake, funeral and interment is strictly private to immediate family only. John P McMorrow, Cumeen, Strandhill Road Sligo and formerly of Killargue, Co. Leitrim.   Peacefully in his 99th year.  Ex staff of St. Columba’s Hospital, Sligo. Peacefully, at St. Phelim’s Nursing Home, Dromahair. Removal from his home at 11am on Saturday to the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, Sligo to arrival for Mass of Christian Burial at 12 noon. Mass will be live streamed on sligocatheral.ie. Burial to follow in Sligo cemetery. Due to current restrictions, the house and funeral mass are strictly private to family only. Margaret (Maggie) McGovern, nee McGreal, Moneensauran, Glangevlin, Co. Cavan and formerly of Sleivenakilla, Ballinaglera, Co. Leitrim. Peacefully, in her 101st year, at her son Oliver’s residence. House is private to family and friends. Due to current restrictions, a private family Funeral Mass will take place on Saturday at 1pm in St. Patrick’s Church, Glangevlin, with burial afterward in the adjoining Cemetery.

Margaret Walsh, Keenaghan, Ballymote. Peacefully, at her residence. Funeral cortège will leave her residence at 11.40 a.m. on Saturday to arrive at the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Ballymote for Requiem Mass at 12pm. Burial afterwards in St. Columba’s Cemetery, Ballymote. Due to current restrictions, Margaret’s funeral will be private to family only. The Funeral Mass will be live streamed at ballymoteparish.org. Julia Carroll, née Devaney, Tonaphubble Lane, Sligo and late of Stephen Street, Sligo. Peacefully, at Nazareth Nursing Home, Sligo. Removal from her home at 10.30am on Monday to St. Anne’s Church, Sligo arriving for Mass of the Resurrection at 11am. Funeral Mass will be livestreamed on mcnmedia.tv. Margaret Ann Waters, née Nangle, Carrownaclaune, St. James’ Well, Geevagh, Co. Sligo. Peacefully, at the North West Hospice Sligo. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Joseph’s Church, Geevagh, on Sunday morning at 11am with interment afterwards in Corrig Cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu, if desired, to the North West   Hospice, The Mall, Sligo. Mass will be streamed live on the Geevagh.ie Facebook Page. Margaret’s funeral Mass will be private to family only.
