A Donegal TD says Leo Varadkar’s explanation about the leaking of a confidential GP contract to a rival union four months ago does not add up.
Gardaí say they’re examining whether they need to take action over the leak.
The Tánaiste has offered to meet Gardaí over the matter after it emerged that a preliminary inquiry is underway.
Leo Varadkar admitted the leak was an “error” and apologised in the Dáil last November.
Sinn Féin’s Finance spokesman Pearse Doherty says Mr Varadkar has questions to answer.
