President of Sligo Solicitor’s Association accuses banks of imposing unjust charge on clients



The President of the Sligo Solicitor’s Association, Michael Monahan, and the Law Society of Ireland have accused two banks on imposing unjust charges on their clients. AIB and Bank of Ireland are imposing charges on solicitor client’s accounts, which Mr Monahan insists amounts to the banks riding roughshod over clients such as those trying to purchase a house
