A Sligo Leitrim TD has said that the country does not need a Minister with special responsibility for overseeing the roll out of the Covid-19 vaccine.
Calls were made for such a role to be created giving the importance of the roll out of the vaccine in the battle against the Coronavirus.
Minister for the state at the Department of the Health and Sligo Leitrim TD Frank Feighan says that there are adequate measures in place to oversee the processing of administering vaccines and has dismissed any speculation linking him to the role of Minister with responsibility for vaccines in the future
