Aisling Doddy, 60 Caltragh Heights, Sligo. At The North West Hospice, Sligo. Funeral cortege will leave The Foley and McGowan Funeral Home at 10.30am this morning for Cremation service at 2pm at Shannon Crematorium. Due to current restrictions, the cremation service will be private for family, relatives and friends only. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu of flowers if desired to The North West Hospice care of The Foley and McGowan Funeral Home, Market Yard, Sligo. John Casey, Manchester, England and formerly of Moygara, Gurteen, Co. Sligo. Peacefully, in Manchester. Reposing at O’Dowd’s Funeral Home, Gurteen, (F56 F894) today from 5pm until 7pm, for family, neighbours and close friends. Removal to St. Patrick’s Church, Gurteen, arriving at 7.30pm. Mass of the Resurrection on Friday at 12 noon with burial afterwards in Gurteen Cemetery. Due to current restriction, John’s Funeral Mass will take place privately to family, neighbours and close friends only please. Funeral Mass will be livestreamed through the ‘O’Dowd Funeral Directors’ Facebook page. Messages of condolence can be left on rip.ie.

 

Bernard Waldron, Number 44 Ferndale, Cairns Rd, Sligo and formerly of Louisville, Convent Hill, Ballina, Co. Mayo. Private family mass will take place today in Moycullen Church, Galway. Burial immediately afterwards in adjoining cemetery.

 

Brian McGuinness, West Port, Ballyshannon, Co. Donegal. Unexpectedly, at his residence. Reposing at the family home on Thursday. Due to current restrictions, the wake will be for family and close friends please. Removal on Friday at 10.30a.m to arrive at Our Lady Star of the Sea Church, Bundoran for Mass of the Resurrection at 11am with interment in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, The Rock, Ballyshannon. Margaret (Margie) Cornyn, (nee Forde) Kilduff, Dowra, Co. Cavan. Reposing at her home, on Thursday from 2pm to 8pm for family, neighbours and close friends. Removal from her residence to St. Colmcille’s Church, Newbridge, arriving at 12 noon on Friday for Funeral mass, followed by burial in Doobally Cemetery. Family flowers only, donations in lieu, if desired, to the Irish Cancer Society Palliative Care Team in association with the North West Hospice. Due to ongoing restrictions, the funeral mass will be restricted to family members only. The funeral mass will be broadcast live on YouTube.
