Mattie Brennan, Cloonacurra, Ballinacarrow, Ballymote, Co. Sligo and formerly of Scarden Mor, Strandhill Road, Sligo and Roadstown, Bunninadden, Co. Sligo. Peacefully in the Galway Clinic. Reposing in the family home with removal on Wednesday morning to arrive in the church of St Fechin and Lassara, Ballinacarrow, for requiem Mass at 11am, with the funeral afterwards to Carrownanty cemetery, Ballymote. Reposing at O’Dowd’s Funeral Home, Gurteen, (F56 F894) on Thursday from 5pm until 7pm, for family, neighbours and close friends. Removal to St. Patrick’s Church, Gurteen, arriving at 7.30pm. Mass of the Resurrection on Friday at 12 noon with burial afterwards in Gurteen Cemetery. Due to current restriction, John’s Funeral Mass will take place privately to family, neighbours and close friends only please.
