Paddy McGrath to miss Donegal-Armagh semi-final

Donegal will be without Ardara’s Paddy McGrath for this Saturday’s Ulster football semi-final against Armagh at Kingspan Breffni.

Manager Declan Bonner confirmed during Wednesday’s media briefing that McGrath will miss the game because of a soft tissue injury.

However, he confirmed that Paddy McBrearty is ‘good to go’ for Saturday’s game, which will be broadcast live on Ocean FM from 1:15pm in association with Donegal Plumbing & Heating.

Bonner said Kerry’s exit from the championship last weekend underlines how small the margin for error will be this weekend:

Saturday’s live coverage will also feature updates on Donegal hurlers Nicky Rackard Cup semi-final against Tyrone in Letterkenny, which is also been livestreamed by TG4.

There will be news too of Donegal women’s gaelic footballers concluding group game in the TG4 All-Ireland senior championship against Waterford.
