Construction of the new Primary Care Centre in Drumcliff, Co. Sligo is to begin next month.
The contract has been awarded to Glebe Builders, Donegal Town with the building expected to be complete by late 2021.
The value of the works is €2.25m.
Tenders are also being sought for construction at the Grange site with the HSE planning to award the contract before the end of the year.
Local Independent Sligo Councillor Marie Casserly says residents in north Sligo will have health services at their doorstep.
