Off-licences to unfairly suffer if alcohol sales restricted during Covid says publican



Sligo publican and off-licence proprietor Martin Foley says any Government plans to restrict the sale of alcohol during Covid would unfairly penalise small off-licences, while supermarkets who sell on an ‘industrial level’ are more of an issue.
