More than €96,000 has been allocated to six projects in County Donegal under the Community and Voluntary Covid-19 Stability Scheme.
€11,639 is going to the Drimarone Development Company; €19,315 to Falcarragh Development Association; €3,836 to Finn Valley FM; €23,012 to to Donegal Family Resource Centre; €36,436 to the Bluestack Special Needs Foundation; and €2,250 to Comharchumann Thorai Teo.
€109,181 has been allocated the NW Simon Community in Sligo under the COVID-19 Dormant Accounts fund.
The chairman of Donegal County Council Municipal District, Cllr Micheál Naughton has welcomed the funding for the south of the county.
