A representative from the Border Communities against Brexit group has welcomed the news that the EU has started legal proceedings against the UK over the internal markets bill which was passed in the House of Commons this week.
The EU Commission had asked the UK to remove problematic parts of the Internal Markets Bill.
The EU commission President, Ursula von der Leyen said the deadline had passed so she had no other option.
