The September meeting of the Manorhamilton MD of Leitrim Council hear calls for improvement works to be carried out at the amenities which are situated at Glenade Lake.
The Chairperson of the Municipal District, Fine Gael Councillor Sean McDermott voiced a number of concerns over the approach road and the car park which is situated at the popular tourist location.
Cllr. McDermott says that large numbers are now flocking to the area and as a result the infrastructure need to be improved:
