A Sligo councillor says people in his area are ‘furious’ over the condition of some of the roads.
Fine Gael Councillor Tom Fox says many of his constituents are sick and tired of having to avoid pot holes on some busy roads, including on the the entrance to the popular Half Moon Bay leading into Hazelwood Forest, which almost 24,000 people visited between June and early August of this year.
Cllr Fox is calling on Sligo County Council to outline when works will be done.
